Blurry Images/ Image Scaling

All pictures that are shown on IE are blurry..but I can
right click and choose to have all images shown at full
full quality.

I have seached past postings and the DPI is now at 96 and
disabled auto-image resizing and I have changed the Use_HR
value using Regedit....but it is still the same.

So...I don't know what to do. If you can give any
suggestions I'm definately open.

Are you using an internet accelerator like the ones that
Netzero, Juno, and Joi provide with their ISP accounts?
If so you can usually right click on their icon in the
System Tray next to the clock at the bottom of the screen.
From there you can change the settings for the image
quality. However, if you are using one of these
accelerators to speed up your connection, the increased
speed is brought about by deminishing the image quality of
downloaded images. If you increase the image quality the
connection speed will slow down.

Thanks a ton... I use this computer at work and so I
didn't install anything on it...and I never even thought
of the Net Accelerator causing the problem
