Blured Pictures

When I use IE6 the pictures are blured! When I "right
click" and click "refresh page" the pictures become
clear! When I go to the next page to the pictures are
blured again!
pLEASE HELP?

Are you using NetZero? or something to speed up a dial up
connection. If so that's your problem.
