How To Blur or Blco out a face in the video

Hi All -

I would like to know how to blur or block out a face in Windows Movie Maker.
I have video that I'm editing for someone and they want there face blocked
out or blured in the video.....

any help would be great ........

MM can't do this naturally, but there are ways round it.
