Blurring of face during movie?

Hi

I want to be able to blur a person's face during a home movie which I have
transferred to PC, like it's done on TV with arrested people, buttocks
etc... Is this possible within MovieMaker, or does anyone know of another
program which will help me do this? I want to be able to move the "blur"
relative to the person's face, preferably in real time, not frame by frame.

I'm still fine-tuning it, but you can get the idea... a detailed how-to will
be part of my weekly newsletter, but it's done by a custom XML file with
overlay title images.

So, yes it's possible, but it takes some learning and effort on your part.
It's not a standard feature of Movie Maker.
