Blueyonder ceases to work since Windows update

I'm having to System Restore if I want to use the
internet ever since updating Windows. My friend says
there is a known fix for this, but I can't find it. Can
anyone help?

There should be no problem using your Blueyonder service. What update have
you applied and what problem are you having? If your friend says there's a
known fix can't he tell you what it is? Are you talking about having
applied SP2? Do you have any firewall installed or enabled (including the
XP firewall)?
