Bluetooth problem

I had installe my USB Bluetooth dongle successfully (Asus WL-BTD202)
but after some reboots, "my bluetooth places" act as if it's never
existed. It doesn't open. When you double-click on it, nothing
happens.

Then i try to reach my mobile phone via taskbar icon, that time i'm
overridden as i'm not allowed to chose memory card of my phone,
because "my bluetooth places" is not working.

If you re-install software of dongle, the problem goes away
"temporarily".

How to fix it for permanent?

Thanks.

Hi
Lets assume that you have USB driver installed. Also, check if you could
connect any other USB devices. Ensure that the 'Device Locking Service' is
not started in the services.msc

Hi,
Bluetooth driver is successfully installed and can be seen under
device manager. But the thing is with SP2. After some reboots, even
device is seen under device manager but "my bluetooth places" doesn't
open :(

Which 3rd party program is the best?

XP's is so crappy.

Hi
Is it gettting detected in the taskbar while you connect the device to your
computer?

Taskbar icon becomes present, but as long as i do not send request
from my dongle, i cannot create communication. I needed to send
request from mobile phone in that case. But that makes more problems
described above.

Thanks.
