Bluetooth Control Panel Icon

I have installed SP2 unter Win XP Pro. There is no bluetooth icon in the
control panel. I have just bough an IPaq, with bluetooth support, how do I
get the bluetooth icon to appear to I can start the bluetooth connection
wizard???
