bluescreen stop error win 32k.sys

Hi i keep getting this stop error and cant find nything related. It
just seems to hapen for no reason, so unfortunately I can't pinpoint
the cause.
stop 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0xbf82785b, 0xf776d9f8, 0x00000000)
win32k.sys - address bf82785b base at bf800000, datestamp 43446a58
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is starting to get most
annoying!

This error usually means you have a hardware problem, most often bad RAM
so start testing there.
