Please help me to solve below probem

A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage
to your computer

The problem seems to be cause by the following file: win32k.sys

Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area

Stop: 0x00000050 (0xE41B0E15, 0x00000000, 0xBF88CD88, 00000001)

Win32k.sys-Address BF88CD88 BASE AT BF800000, Datestamp 45F013F6

You may have a bad RAM try to test your RAM by running Memtest by

But are you sure this your problem, I mean did you scanned and make sure all
clean?.

My Advice to you, start with the easy, like scanning, Run check disk and
open this command and type in:
sfc /scannow click [OK] and let it run, if there is a corrupt or damaged
file/folder it will ask you to insert the XP CD to repair it for you.
Look in Device manager for malfunction/conflicting devices.
