Blue scrn after Install Onstream

When I load the s/w for Onstream Echo backup software
v3.0.b, I get bsod at boot, Kmode Exception Not Handled in
ntoskrnl. "Recovery" does not work, can't boot in Safe
Mode either. Any way to recover from this? or just wipe
the partition for a clean install and don't load Onstream?
I see in the knowledge base something similar for
pcAnywhere.
Any help will be appreciated.
