Blue Screens 77 7A F4 - No Joy!!! Cannot find Solution

ok. here is the problem that i have: I am getting random blue screens that
vary from a 7A to a 77 to a F4. They occur during gameplay in certain
games, while browsing the internet, while transfering files from one drive to
another, and while the PC is idle. the only time i can seem to reproduce an
error is when i transfer a folder with several gigs from one drive to
another. otherwise the PC can sometimes work for days or minutes.

i have run Prime95 to test my Motherboard. I have swapped my HDDs. I have
updated all drivers, bios, etc. I have reinstalled windows twice. i have
changed my power supply. i have cried.

i have read and re-read almost everything i could find on these blue
screens, to no avail. the blue screens DO NOT add a dmp file to the minidump
folder, so i cannot use a debugger. I Do have it set to write small dump
file and write to event log and to not restart.

here is my system specs:

OS: Win XP Pro SP2
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 5200+
Mobo: Foxconn C51XEM2AA
Video: XFX Geforce GT 7950 512MB
RAM: 1 Gig Kingston HyperX 6400
HDD: Western Digital SE16 320Gig SATA (x2)
DVD: MSI IDE DVD-Rom / CD-RW
PSU: Kingwin 600W ATX

here are the last 5 Bug Checks and their prarameters (there have been
considerably more, but i lost the paper that i was using to keep track of
them all):

Could it be a cooling problem? I had a similar problem, turned out to be my
video card running too hot. Put in an extra fan and had no problems since.

I wish that it was. i have a 120mm, 3 80mm, a pci slotted dual fan and the
side panels off. if it is too hot, there is nothing that i can do but water
cool. my temps are all in spec. i have 4 alarms (CPU, VIDCard, HDD, HDD).
i am thinking (after someone's suggestion) that it is an irq conflict.
unfortunately i do not know anything about irqs and how they can be setup.

The fans won't work efficiently if the side panel is off. Only be an IRQ
conflict if you are running old legacy cards like an old modem. PnP will
sort out the IRQs.

If you suspect an IRQ conflict, I'd use the System Information Tool
(Programs, Accessories, System tools)
Under Hardware Resources click on Conflicts/Sharing. Also Click on
Components - Problem Devices. Let us know what you find.
