Blue screen

I have gotten the blue screen several times since getting
my new Dell computer with XP home edition a few weeks ago.

The Stop error reads:

Stop: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xF86D8343, 0xF8655680,
0x00000000
MpFirewall.sys Adress F86D8343 base at F86D6000

Can anyone help me with this ?

The mentioned driver may be faulty. But the error can also be related
to damaged hardware: ""STOP 0x0000008e" Error Message During Windows
XP Setup" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=315335).
 
If you get the answer , PLEASE let me know I have a brand
new dell also, not even used for a week with the SAME
problem and dell only send automated support help and I
am put on hold for over a half an hour on the phone.
