Blue Screen

I get the message "Blue screen" problem.. After shutting down the
computer, he won't shut down. After several minutes he restarts the system
again. Sometimes I am lucky and the computer shuts down. Other times he
restarts again.

What is the solution for this problem. I have a new system just for a week.
And already there is a problem.!!!!!!

The first days there was no problem. Two days ego I shut down the system and
it kept on closing ( the same way wenn it has to download updates.

Today : this morning it didnot shut down. I made a hard shut down . This
afternoon the system shut down twice on the normal way.
