blue screen

While downloading spybot,computer froze 1/2 way through and all I got was a
blue screen telling me to go into safe mode and restore.I was unable to do
this and am now stuck.Can anyone help????????????
 
Does the omputer reboot into Windows? hat sort of harddrive iis installed?
 
....I can give you a wild guess as to what may have happened....you may have
been attacked by...whatever.
Does the computer reboot?
Do as many of the maintenance task in Windows or see below...it is very
convenient to use the free Windows Live One Care online for a complete
Antivirus/registry/defragment/DiskClean etc scan that does a Clean Up
automatically if you choose. It is free and requires a download of about 8 or
maybe its 11MBs of scanning tools.
I use it alot.
If the computer does not boot and you have a Seagate harddrive download and
burn to a cd Seagate Disk Wizard to recover your computer.
