Blue Screen

When i try and turn my pc back on im getting a blue screen and the error im
getting is

stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x82f2f6a0, 0xc0000102, 0x00000000)

Does anybody know what this means and if i can fix it with out having to
reinstall the O/S?

Turn on your PC, while booting press the F8 key repeatedly to bring up the
advanced boot menu, then select Last known good configuration.

Tried that, and it does the exact same thing, ive also tried to boot up in
Safe mode as well and it does the samething.
