when i turn on the computer Windows XP Pro seems to try to boot, but then I
end up with a black screen that says We apoligize for the inconvience but
Windows did not start sucessfully.. I have tried the start Windows normally,
last known good, safe mode and the other two safe modes as well. But they all
send me to a blue screen with the following codes.
0x00000024
0x00190203
0x86603268
0xC0000102
0x00000000
That tells me to disable or uninstall, but how can i do that still stuck on
the blue screen. Hope someone can help me fix the other computer.

Have you made any recent changes to your computer, such as: installed
new hardware; attached a new device; installed new software; applied a
Windows or Office Update download; downloaded and installed any other
software or updates? Sometimes just inserting a WiFi card can produce
this -- but there are lots of other possible culprits as well.

I recently downloaded the beta version of MSN and my pc kept throwing up blue
screens or just froze completely. If it wasn't doing this then it was so slow
it worke backwards, removal of MSN beta soon sorted out the problem.

I can't figure out how to remove it without being able to access the monitor
and the dialog boxes

Yes I downloaded a beta version of MSN messenger Live.
OK, the operative term is BETA. Also know as UAT.

User Acceptance Testing. Also known as Beta Testing, QA Testing, Application
Testing or End User Testing.

Don't EVER install a BETA product on anything but a test machine.

If you do, make sure you have things backed up so you can roll back to the
pre-installed condition.

Rookie mistake. Now is there any way I can fix it, without being able to access the dialog boxes on the monitor.

If you can't get into any of the modes of XP, you either need to try a
Repair Install or take the machine to a local professional who may have
rescue software like ERD Commander. With the latest ERD Commander, you
can do a System Restore when booted to the rescue system. You can't
uninstall the beta program, but you could restore to a point before you
installed it. Unfortunately, the "emergency download" of ERD Commander
is $499 for a 7-day license so that is pretty pricey.

If you choose not to go the professional route and the Repair Install
doesn't work, format the drive and clean-install Windows. If you need
to retrieve data before doing that, use a rescue system like Knoppix or
a Bart's PE to get the data before formatting.
