Blue Screen while shutting down

I've got Vista installed on an HP Pavillion AMD Turion 2.8 Ghz and 4 GB Ram.
I need to know to what does this error belong? which device is causing the
blue screen with error about nvm60x32.sys

Please advice

Hassan:
That file belongs to the NVidia networking driver.
Just google for it, together with "blue screen" and see what you find.
Do you have the latest NVidia network drivers installed?
