Blue screen while boot up XP Pro SP2

I have windows 2000 and XP Pro sp2 installed on my computer.
Last week i restarted my computer using XP Pro SP2 but it won't able to
reach to the Desktop, it reaches to WELCOME screen and then one blue screen
(can't read it what is says) and then it reboot the machine again.
I tried to reboot xp in Safe and Resote my system but didn't help.
I can boot my machine in safe mode but not in normal mode.
But my windows 2000 works fine and normal, that's what i'm using right now.
Any suggestions Please.

Sorry we can't assist you without the information on that screenn If you can
boot into safe mode, please switch off 'automatically reboot on error'
(Start > right click My Computer > Properties > Advanced tab > Settings
under 'Startup and Recovery' > untick 'reboot on failure'). The next time it
reboots, you'll be able to note the error. Please post both the error and
the STOP code. Or, you can find a list of stop codes, and troubleshooting
information, here (http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm). Use the left-hand
menu to choose the stop code according to its first two characters (called
'words' in hexadecimal).
