Blue screen upon start up

I can boot in to safe and do a system restore but, when I reboot, same blue screen.Is there a quick fix or am I going to have to take this machine in? My hardware is as follows:1800mhz Azus board, Atholon AMD processor, 2gig ram,120 gig HD( Maxtor7200rpm),128 mb 3D grafics card,10/100 network card,PLEASE HELP ME!!!AAAAAHHHHHGGGGG!!
