Blue Screen STOP error

Anyone seen this Blue Screen before:

Stop 0x00000d1(0xf76d6234,0x0000002,000000,0xf7d56da) Watchdog.sys-s77d56da
base at f77d5000

I'm not having any luck looking up the errors & the system logs are
revealing nothing.

Machine is fairly new - Dell Latitude D600
