Blue screen ***stop 0x00000050 message

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me out with this stop message that i
am getting.
Every now and then whilst i am using my computer the system will just crash
with no warning regardless of what i am doing at the time and send me to this
blue screen where i get the following message. ***STOP 0x00000050 followed by
random numbers that change each time it happens.. It also says that it is
dumping my physical memory.
Any help would be greatly apprieciated. Thank you.
