Blue screen of death while connecting cellphone

Hi Microsoft

Me being a Windows blue screen of death when I plug my phone to put data on
it an the system marks an error and restarts ¿What is this?

That would be "hot-plugging",some pcs let you install or plug in hardware
when the pc is operating,others do not.Try plugging in when the pc is
shut-down.
