Windows Vista Ultimate keeps giving a blue screen of death when I attempt to use Control Panel's
Add/Remove Programs to get rid of IBM DB2 Express-C Version 9 from my laptop.
I upgraded from Windows XP Pro SP2 to Windows Vista Ultimate on 2/2. I leave it up to you to decide
if going almost 8 days before getting my first blue screen of death in Windows Vista Ultimate is
good, bad or something else.
Ultimately, I had to use a registry editor to locate and remove all entries that referenced
"IBM.Data", "IBM.VSAI", and "C:\Program Files\IBM\". Same thing for any personal and system-wide
Environment variables.
