I am receiving this message in blue screen. I have not installed any new
hardware or software to my computer. The Geek Squad from Best Buy installed
Webroot SpySweeper and Trend Micro AntiVirus to my computer when I bought it
for Christmas. This problem started after I had updated my Webroot
Spysweeper should I uninstall the Webroot Spysweeper and then reinstall? Or
is this a problem cause by something else? It's happening more often. I
contacted HP support and they walked me through an update but it is still
happening. What does this message mean? I do windows updates as often as
they come, I send problems through the problems and solutions thing, and I
never get any solutions. Could any one Please Help Me?
Here is the message I am
getting.......................................................

Thanks for your response. This patch has already been installed and it is
still happening. Do you have any other ideas. Is this damaging my computer?
What should I do? Is this a Windows problem or an HP problem?
