Blue screen memory dump windows xp

When i download a file or just surf the internet my
computer goes to a blue screen and dumps memory. I have
all the updated drivers for my machine. any suggestions

Pentium 4 - 3.06
All in wonder 64mb 9000 Pro

What are the contents of the Blue Screen error message?

That error message indicates a driver issue. Troubleshooting it can be
lengthy. Check that your hardware and the drivers for it meet the
compatibility list:
