Blue Screen Error

I keep getting blue screen stop errors when watching videos in realplayer or
media player. They are either IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or PAGE FAULT IN NON
PAGED AREA. Im running windows xp pro sp2, amd mobile 1400+ (1.2GHz), 256MB
ram.
