blue screen errors

I am running a ECS K7S5A PRO motherboard with AMD 2200+
cpu. I receive the "Blue Screen Terror" that says "
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" when my system is idle for 10 or
more minutes. I went to "AUMHA.ORG/WIN5/KBESTOP" web site.
I tried the problem solving suggestions and when I tried
to boot to "LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION" I receive
the "Bkue Screen Terror" that says,"PROBLEM AT FILE:
WIN32K.SYS
PAGE-FAULT-IN-NONPAGED-AREA.

If you change your screen saver wait, does it change the time to blue
screen?
