blue screen error 0x0000008e

Hi,

I am getting this error when I try to boot my computer. 0x0000008e
(0xc0000005, 0x8056e2a2, 0xba6fc96c, 0x00000000)

It goes past the welcome screen and even plays the start up sound, but then
gives the error sound and thats the error I get.

I can boot up into safe mode but the process services.exe maxes out all
resources making it impossible to do anything.

any help would be apreciated. thank you

I couldn't find a solution to my problem on that website. Any ideas anyone?

I resolved this issue by re-installing Window XP from a boot disk because the
PC had Windows 2000 installed which messed the recovering procedures whenever
the system disk was put in by mistake for recovering from crashes.
