Blue screen - Drive_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I installed Symantec VPN Enterprise Client and when I get a internet
connection via wireless card OR ethernet cable...I get blue screens and error
reports.

Help..!!

Specs:
DELL Latitude C640
Windows Professional XP SP 2
Linksys Wireless -G Router with PC Card
