Blue screen crash

Hi

I got a blue screen crash after which I could do nothing except to turn off
pc and turn it back on. The code that came on the blue screen was
RQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. What is the problem and how can I fix to not come up
in future?

Thanks

Regards

A complete copy of the Stop Error message would be helpful.

Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by
allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Right click on
the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Properties, Advanced,
Start-Up and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck box before
Automatically Restart.

Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure until you have
resolved the problem. Check for variants of the Stop Error message.

Also provide copies of all Error or Warning Reports appearing about
the time the error occurs. Information Reports are not needed.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaning
of the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Description
are important.

HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP

Part of the Description of the error will include a link, which you
should double click for further information. You can copy using copy
and paste. Often the link will, however, say there is no further
information.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and
double click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which
appears is a button resembling two pages. Click the button and close
Event Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the
body of the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting
from Event Viewer.

Installing some programmes will replace existing drivers with
earlier versions. Also it is quite easy to take drivers offered by
Microsoft when you really need the correct third party driver.

As I said earlier copies of error reports will help you get better
advice.
