Blue Screen at Shutdown

I'm getting the blue screen of death after Windows XP shuts down:
STOP 0x0000007E
COxc0000005
OxF74E91C5
OxF79467A8
OxF79467A8
CLASSPNP.SYS
there's more gibberish that follows, but I figure this is enough to start.
Any help would be appreciated.

Occurred rarely starting a few weeks ago, now every time I shut down my
desktop.

The gibberish may be important.

Of the Microsoft colors it's their favorite color. Yellow, green, red and
blue screen.

the rest of the gibberish, if it matters, is:

CLASSPNP.SYS
Address F&4E91C5 base
at F74E7000, DATESTAMP 41107ec2

Thanks for that link, but I've been there and can't seem to find anything
relevant to shutdown.
