Blocking websites

i have a little sister and she plays games on webistes
till midnight.

i need to find a way to prevent her from being able to
access these websites. i tried tools-->internet options-->
restrict sites, but that doesn't work at all. i really
need some help to find a way to BLOCK the websites.

please we really need some help on this

How proficient is she with computer?

You may download this file HOSTS file and block the sites she is viewing by
adding the URL to it.
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

When you want to go to these sites, just rename the HOSTS file to hosts.old.
Note that to work this file must not have an extension.
