Blocking newsgroup sender

In OE, you could select an offensive message and block the sender.
That option does not appear in Windows Mail.
How do you kill-switch some of these less-than-polite senders?

One method is to click on 'Message' (on the toolbar), "Create
Rule From Message..."
Another way is to open the message in its own window,
right-click on the From line, then select "Add sender to Blocked
Senders list".

Either way, it affects only future downloads.

I wanted.
