BLOCKING DOWNLOADED FILES

I have the spyware software installed and it is scheduled
to run at a certain time. Problem is that it finds the
same sites and files every time, I remove them, but when
I logon again they are all back again.

Please help anyone this is driving me nuts.

Restart in safe mode, on the scan page, choose scan options > full system
scan (check boxes below), click run scan now. Also send a Suspect Spyware
report from the Tools menu.
