Blocked sender's email still gets through

I have repeatedly added a certain email list to my Junk Mail "Blocked
Senders" in Outlook 2003, and the address is listed there. However, email
from this address continues to come to my In-box.

How can I make sure email from this sender is blocked?

You might check the mail headers to see if the sender is *really* using the
sending address you think he/she is.
