blocked sender does not work

I have someone that I am trying to block. I have added his name to the
blocked senders list (verified by Junk E-mail settings...Blocked senders
list)...yet I still get e-mails from him in my Inbox. Ideas?
 
Check the Internet message headers for another unique string and use the
Rules Wizard to block based upon that. With his message open click Options
(or maybe View | Options) to see the full set of headers.
