Block special site for the users

I have some fields users, all they need to go to is our
intranet, http:\\home only, I do not want them browse the
internet, how to setup the contect advisor from the IE
6.0?

Guest what, my boss did not like it, he want me
removed it, how did you take out from the registry, and
put back to default. Sorry for the trouble

Turn off Content Advisor and remove
noaccess.rat
