block sender email

I am getting email from a particular sender that i want to block. i dont want
it too reach my screen when i open up outlook,but it does. Have tried adding
sender account to junk list but still getting mail. HOW CAN I BLOCK A
PARTICULAR SENDER?

Create a rule and select "permanently delete" as the action
