block images in rec'd messages in Outlook?

care to elaborate on the question or would you prefer me to say, yes,
outlook 2003 does have an option to block images fetched from the internet?
 
Sorry, Outlook 2002sp3. Can't find the 'option' to block images as I did in
Outlook Express 6 under 'security'. thanx for your help. kevink
 
ah, no such setting in outlook 2002. about the only workaround i can think
of is to use chilton preview pane.
