Outlook sending same e-mail many times

Some of my e-mails are being sent many, many times ~ one went to some people
in a group once but others in the same group rec'd it 12 times. An e-mail I
sent to one person yesterday was rec'd 277 times by him!! Also noticed that
although they're sent and rec'd, the original; e-mail is still in my Outbox.

Now that I know to check my outbox, I will keep am eye on it and try these
fixes if anything gets stuck in there.
