blaster worm

I am unable to install the blaster patch. I keep getting
an error message that says that I need to make sure the
cryptographic service is running. PLease help

Greetings, Dan! Go to START/Administrative Tools/Services
and click on Services; this will open the Services(Local)
where you can scroll down to Crytographic Service and
click on it; then just start it and set it run at
startup. You should be good to go! Hope this helps.
