Blaster patch, SP4, winlogin.exe error when installing SP4

Hi,

I'm trying to install the MS Blaster SEcurity patch but it
says I need at least service pack 2... so I went to
download service pack 4, and every time I load it, It has
some error with winlogin.exe and then reboots my
computer...for sure I don't have the Blaster worm...

Please help! why does it do that? Is there a MS Blaster
patch for windows 2000 without any service patches?
