Blast- pack keeps downloading to E:\

Hi, I am downloading the security pack from
http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp and
it keeps going to E:\. Than it says that there is no
space. I cannot clear more space and I want to download
it to C:\ or D:\ How can I change the destination? I
don't see this option before the download starts. Thanks.
Can you please reply to my email?
 
Right click on the link and select Save target as... - then point ot C: or
D:
