Hi,
I understand that Internet Explorer opens new blank window when you click
on a link.
Please try these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Open Internet Explorer 6.
2. Click on tools -> Internet Options -> Programs
3. Place a check in: "IE should check if it is the default browser"
4. The Open in a New Window command is dependent upon the following files.
Verify that the following files are present and are not damaged:
5. To re-register each file and correct any possible missing\corrupt
Registry entries:
6. Start - Run (type each line below separately, then press OK)
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
Note: you should see a brief message after each entry.
Now check if the issue is resolved.
Thank you,
Rashmi

| Ok....I have seen this problem about a dozen times and
| have yet to find the fix. Browser window is open, and if
| you clink a link that opens in new browser window the page
| is blank. You can copy and paste the link in a seperate
| browser but you cannot just have the browser open it or it
| will be blank. I would really like to know the fix for
| this problem.

| Thank you so much for any help.
