IE 6 only displays Blank page

I'm using MS XP Home, IE 6. When I clink to open IE 6
the Modem connects, but the browser will not access any
links, home page will not come up. Can anybody help me
with this problem? I've tried to repair IE 6, still have
same problem.

I fixed the problem, I used Spybot Ver 1.3, downloaded
updates, checked for problems, removed all that were found.
Thats Spybot.
