Blank window

Hello all,

I've 2 laptops one running on XP pro and other one 98SE
and both have IE6 with all latest patches. And very
surprisingly they both have the same problem. Can't open
this link...

When ever I try to open this link a blank page is
displayed and no sign of errors.

I've no problems opening any other links.. in anyway.. but
this..

can any one HELP ME PLEASE....

Have you tried a View Source of the "blank page"?
The frameset is all Javascript so you might see that in the source
but still see a blank page.

For more clues try setting your Security options to Prompt.
In this case it seems that just making Active Scripting prompt
and disallowing all scripts would be enough to see a different
implementation of the page. (e.g. the menu frame is all expanded
and all normal anchors)
