Blank To: and CC: lines

Sue

The most common source of spam in my Outlook account are messages that have
no entry in the To: or Cc: lines. I tried to set a rule to send them to my
Delete File, but could find no way to set the condition. Is there a way to
define the condition so that they can be identified? If so, how?

Thank you.

I believe you could do that by creating a rule that deletes all messages
except those that have an "@" (specific words) in the Recipient's address.
