blank screen

When i came back to my desk, my computer screen was blue
with only a graphic, the start button is gone, there is no
toolbar or task bar at the bottom of the screen, nothing,
the computer will not turn off, what happened and please
help me now!
 
I answered this in your other post, these boards are monitored but not a
means for as needed support. If you have something urgent, contact your
software vendor, admin or MSFT tech support.
