blank or missing pst file

I have a client who has a personal folder that shows up in his folder list on
Outlook 2003, however when you right click on the personal folder properties
is greyed out.

What's interesting is that the pst does not show up in data files under the
control panel mail applet.

So given that this appears to be a blank personal folders how can we delete
or get rid of it?

We cannot delete it by right-click and delete.

Any Ideas on registry changes?

Thanks,
Richard
