blank message box

On some of my expected e-mails received, the message box is blank, except for
URLs that may be in the message. If I right-click in the message box and
choose Select All, the message then appears in highlighted form. How can I
have message appear in full when I open e-mail?

Change the Encoding in View on the Menu in the message and see if it shows up.

I posted a similar request for help.
I tried to change the encoding, but it didn't seem to make a difference.
Change the encoding to what, then?

Otherwise, it's still not working, unfortunately.
